Raajneeti - Amazing screenplay and catching story ...

Hi friends, Bollywood seems to be having bad period since last 2 3 years because we are not having good movies around. I mean not as on box office, but performance and story wise there are very less successes.

Raajneeti is amongst them which created a quite creative story with quality actors performing character which will hold your mind and enforce you to think on story. Every 5 or 10 minutes this movie has a twist in the story.

Amazing screenplay and superb acting. Mostly i liked Manoj bajpayee,Ajay devgan and nanapatekar. This team has created a magic really.

Basically the story evolves on the same platform, of Mahabharat. Katrina's role is not so extra ordinary, nothing to do with sonia gandhi's character as it was being hyped.

Ajay devgan and manoj bajpayee are good. Nana patekar is also not bed. Quite cool movie with reality styled screenplay.

Must watch it!

Sridevi ath the Age of 45...

Sridevi was born on August 13, 1963, is an Indian actress who has starred in hundreds of Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam language films.

She started acting at the age of four, and made her debut as an adult in the late 70s. She went on to establish herself as one of the leading actresses of her time. Although she left the industry in 1997, she is regarded by the industry members as one of the most talented and prominent actresses of India.

Movie Review: Sorry Bhai! - Romantic plot but different ;)

This movie seems not very hit one,but quite awesome and romantic if you like ones.The story shows a nice romance with a practical twist :).I tell you,see it once.

The story starts with a family,parents and two boys - harshVardhan(Sanjay Suri) and siddharth(Sharman joshi),who live in India.Harsh is living in Mauritius and fell in love with a girl named Aaliya(Chitrangada Singh).They decided to marry and invited harsh's family,but harsh's mother(Shabana Aazmi) don't like the girl.Siddarth is helping is brother in getting his mother closer to the spouse.

But heart can not be controlled and we all know that.Siddharth and aaliya are of same kind.And while spending time together,aaliya found that he love siddharth and not harsh.Now the story begins.How they fight with the family to get married is the heart of the movie.At last,all family is together and everyone is happy but they have suffered things which happens when such things enters life.

Movie Review:Dasvidaniya - Amazing movie,great actors,a must see...

Really friends,this movie is so amazing that i can't express.I know i am writing this too late,but i can't resist myself praising this great effort.

Dasvidaniya means 'Good bye' in Russian. It shows the story of a man, who is so perfect in his life that he makes check list for his whole day work!He has everything planned for the day before he starts his day and get out of his home.He does his work neatly with due respect to his boss' demand :). And in spite of his boss and colleagues being rude to him,he is grateful to all and does his job!

But his life takes a sudden twist, and he had a stomach.But now the movie starts friends.How he faces the truth,how he behaves to enjoy his small life and how he gets all his desires is the thing to remember.Now he makes a list of things to do before he die!And choose to enjoy all time he have.Its really a very nice point where everyone feels his pain.

Really Vinay pathak has shown excellent talent in this movie, and again prooved that he is not a hero but an actor:).It also casts Ranvir shouri,purbi joshi,sarita joshi,gaurav gera,rajat kapoor - a 'bheja fry' team :).

Aditya Chopra's well guarded secret… the story of his forthcoming flick starring Shahrukh Khan and newcomer Anushka Sharma is finally out.Shahrukh Khan's different look, that of an ordinary boring government employee has evoked quite some curiosity from people and now that the story is out, all curiosity will fizz out.




A source at the Yash Raj Films revealed on the condition of anonymity that RNBDJ is a romantic tale of an older man Shahrukh Khan his young teenage bride. The source says,

"There is a big age difference between them and they are not what you'd call a perfect couple. They are merely stretching their marriage with no real romance in between them. They are two very different people. There's a reality dance show called Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi — which is the main backdrop of the movie. The show is on the lines of popular television show, Nach Baliye."

The source continues,

"Anushka wants to take part in the dance competition but she can't because her husband is an old and not hip and happening. She fears that if she dances with him, she will lose the show and become the laughing stock among all her friends, who are taking part in the same. Shah Rukh over hears his wife's problem and decides to go in for a makeover. He then watches some movies and changes his image completely and comes back to the show and woos Anushka off her feet. All the way through the dance competition, she keeps on falling in love with this new and improved Shah Rukh, without once realising that the man she is dancing with is her real husband."

Movie Review: Yuvraj - less then expected...

Subhash ghai has been famous for his skills to make great movies of different kinds.And this time also we expected a lot more for Yuvraj,as the cast,the director,the music director,lyricists everyone is very different in their fields.But don't know why the magic has not created this time.

Yuvraj is the story of three brothers, who are been separated since a decade from their childhood - Gyanesh(Anil kapoor - the elder) , Deven(Salman khan - the younger one) and Danny(Zaed khan - the youngest one). Deven was thrown out of his house as Gyanesh is an abnormal and deven always been fighting with him.Deven is in love with katrina kaif.To get katrina, he must get money first.After the death of his father, he gone back ti his home to get money. But gyanesh is the person who got the whole money thing under his name!Then the movie starts and how the brothers are getting closed day by day is the heart of the film.

Music is by A.R.Rehman.Songs are good but not as good as the title!Ant not only the music can hold people. Story and the concept is quite good but it is not as expected from subhash ghai :(.Nothing special in the movie as we thought after seeing the trailer.

Movie Review: Funny with friends,but more vulgarity!

Hey friends, After so many days i am writing a review.Sorry for that but i was too busy and can't even see my blog :(.Anyways, late but not too late :). Here is the review for movie Dostana.

Karan johar has once again showed his own thought ;). Yeah, as you know, in Kal ho na ho, he has made a full on story on Gay! I mean there should be some kind of limit for it.I must say, this is the heights of vulgarity!

Its a simple story of two guys who want an apartment in miami.And they found it, but the condition was such that they lied about their relationship and been gay for the room!After seeing Priyanka Chopra,who is their third partner in the house, they both loved her but they can't tell her the truth.The movie goes on and some one take priyanka from them.To get priyanka,they both united and started mischievous things and the comedy goes on and on.

I must praise small B for his different (gay) acting :). I think karan has given him some good tips how to behave like that.

Movie Review : De taali - fun movie for friends...

I just watched this one yesterday.Its a cool movie, little funny but it shows the friends together.


Its a story of three friends, who grown together, 2 boys-abhi(Aaftab Shivdasani),paglu(Ritesh Deshmukh) and 1 girl-amrita (Aayesha Takia :P ).
They always been together, having lots of fun and enjoying their life.

But abhi has one problem.He is rich and desirable but he falls in love with every second girl he meets.Its too funny when his girlfriends are shown and how he was dumbed everytime.But his friends are always with him.

But things are changed when one girl(Rimi sen aka 'kartika' aka 'anjali') comes in his life with a plan to get Abhi's money.Now the picture is on.Abhi don't know this and his friends are there to help, but he don't believe them.The fun as well as the little thrill or you can say suspense goes on now.But i call it a simple fun film to watch with friends.It can be much better but never mind :).

Movie Review : Jannat - not nice but different

Hi friends, i know this is not a time for this movie review. But i didn't get time because of my tour since last 2 weekends.So, very sorry for that.

Again imran hashmi is with vikram bhatt, same kind of acting (mostly without same smiling expressions on his face :) ). This movie you can say different then others but it starts with a love story and ends with hero's death.


Imran hashmi is a boy who want to get fast money.He gambles and does all wrong things to get to it.When he stucks with the person from whom he borrowed money, he got in cricket batting.

This is the start.He got in and in it.Deeper in the highest point of this bussiness, he got with one big name who is also known as a terrorist.When his lover, with who his career started growing in cricket batting, asks him to leave thing he does so.But as every movies has, he can't get out easily from the quicksand of his doings.

I am not saying its nice,but ya you can watch for something different.Songs are good specially one 'zara sa khwabon me saja tu...'.

Movie Review: Boothnath - nice one and touching

I am writing this because i can not stop myself. This movie actually i though will be a children's movie. Yes it is a children's movie but it also conveys a nice message to all of us.

The story is around one house in goa, called 'Nath Villa', which is taken on rent by shahrukh and for his family who is a engineer on cruise ship. The people living there says that there is a ghost in the house, but shahrukh's wife (Juhi chavla) don't believe it. They have a small child who is a storm of mischief!

All settled down, but one day the child found someone (Amitabh Bacchan who is ghost) in the house at night. but he don't know what fear is, and so as what ghost is. He makes friendship with the ghost in his innocence. Also the ghost (amitabh bacchan) begin to like him and decided to not harassing them. One day the ghost tells his story, how his family is destroyed because of a small decision of his son who wants to settle down in abroad.

It is very touching story in the second half. The ghost talks about family relations and values, tells us to stay together with our family.

Nice story, nice flow. You must watch it once.

Movie Review: Tashan - 'Aaditya ki Aag'!

This is so late. I got too lazy after seeing this movie that I don't want to write this. But then I felt that I suffered this, but no one should! So I am writing this.:)

Tashan is having same story line as 'Musafir' (starring Sanjay Dutt, Anil Kapoor and Sameera Reddy) had. The difference is, in musafir anil was the suspect by sanjay dutt, here saif ali khan is suspect by anil kapoor. And kareena is the gal who robbed anil's money as sameera has done in musafir.

But rather than comparing it, we should say it 'Aaditya Chopra ki Aag'! Yes, because I think YashRaj has gone mad and making sucking movies now days.

Story is very simple. Anil is bhaiyaaji, a big don. Kareena is working with him as her father killed by anil as he had not paid borrowed money taken from him. She plays a game of love with saif ali khan, who is a call center guy, likes to play with girls. And then the game starts. She ran away with bhaiyaaji's money.

So bhaiyaaji call Bacchan pandey (Akshay kumar) to catch both of them and want them dead. Akshay and saif are after kareena to catch her and the story goes on.

Seriously, no good storyline, no cool music nothing in this movie. This time vishal-shekhar has not done so great music. One or two songs are just ok. The story is a big bore. Only actor here is akshay is some manner but though don't watch it!
