Movie Review: Tashan - 'Aaditya ki Aag'!

This is so late. I got too lazy after seeing this movie that I don't want to write this. But then I felt that I suffered this, but no one should! So I am writing this.:)

Tashan is having same story line as 'Musafir' (starring Sanjay Dutt, Anil Kapoor and Sameera Reddy) had. The difference is, in musafir anil was the suspect by sanjay dutt, here saif ali khan is suspect by anil kapoor. And kareena is the gal who robbed anil's money as sameera has done in musafir.

But rather than comparing it, we should say it 'Aaditya Chopra ki Aag'! Yes, because I think YashRaj has gone mad and making sucking movies now days.

Story is very simple. Anil is bhaiyaaji, a big don. Kareena is working with him as her father killed by anil as he had not paid borrowed money taken from him. She plays a game of love with saif ali khan, who is a call center guy, likes to play with girls. And then the game starts. She ran away with bhaiyaaji's money.

So bhaiyaaji call Bacchan pandey (Akshay kumar) to catch both of them and want them dead. Akshay and saif are after kareena to catch her and the story goes on.

Seriously, no good storyline, no cool music nothing in this movie. This time vishal-shekhar has not done so great music. One or two songs are just ok. The story is a big bore. Only actor here is akshay is some manner but though don't watch it!

Again yashraj is here with something called tashan! :)


After so many days, akshay kumar and saif ali khan are together once again. So people are expecting is as a good action film as 'Main khilai tu anadi'. Lets hope this movie will be good otherwise till now we have nothing to see!

The music is on Yashraj music and given by Vishal-shekhar. After 'DUS' and 'Om shanti Om' , vishal-shekhar are in lime-light. Also may be because himesh is busy with his next film?:)

Hi,

People are waiting for this film. This may be one of the good films this year because Rakesh roshan is known for his uniqueness! Of course the music is by Rajesh roshan.
This is in talk because of 3 hot item songs in this film! yah its true. Total three item songs.

Shahrukh khan has done the title item song.
Second one is done by hot hot Rakhi sawant which is very very hot!
And it is also said that Hritik roshan is gonna do item song, but it is not yet shown on TV promos.


Hats off to Rakesh Roshan. He really knows how to add features in a feature film :) Three item songs from 3 very popular and hot actors ( Ya rakhi is exception to this quote :) ) and all four actors in the film are really actors and done a very good job before also!

And also one more thing. The music director vishal from pair of 'Vishal-shekhar' is i think goint to start singing! he is gonna sing 4 songs in this release. Keep it up vishal, will see how you do singing? we hope it will be good like your music.

Saawariya Vs Om shanti Om

This month there is no any big release except these two. I think, we can say these 2 films will be biggest hits (may be hits or sueprhits ;) ) of this year.Lets compare them.

Saawariya - by Sanjay leela bhansali,music:monty.

It is the new film by Sanjay leela bhansali. People are waiting for it because of the banner.He had taken new cast,Ranbir kapoor(son of rishi kapoor) nad sonam kapoor(daughter of Anil Kapoor).
Music director is also new(May be sanjay wants to experiments on himself :-D). Songs are quite cool but not superb. I just seen the music release party.Title song is amazing and music will be average. ( i mean not like devdas or Hum dil de chuke sanam).Lets see what happens.People like new cast or not?

Om shanti om - by Farha khan,music:Vishal & Shekhar.

Farha khan is again here to make peple rock with SRK(shahrukh khan).This time shahrukh looks different in promos. he tried to make abs :) . songs are quite impressive! Music is cool and songs are amazing.And of course, farha will have something new and cool like mai hoon na.

Lets deside people which one will be biggest hit of the year... But i think Om shanti om will make it.

Talent Hunt Shows : Real talent hunting or just a bussiness?

Hi friends,

Since last 10 to 15 years, i am fond of "sa re ga ma.." which is Zee Tv program. It brings really good talent to us. Before 3 to 4 years back, the contestants of this program were awesome. I mean they were too good and many of today's singer came from this program.

Since last two years, this program is quite irritating. I mean they bring good people to sing but after the show completes, no one is visible! the winner is gone! And people just forget them. And since last year its been boring. They just doing stunts and all that. Serious singing was gone.They are just playing it lightly.

Indian Idol which was launched two years back, is quite show business ( i mean worst then saregama). Common tell me who knows Abhijit sawant after the first indian idol? he was gone out of memory of the people who were so eager to se him when he won the competition. Even the last year winner is also not seen since a year( it means after the competition right? :) ). The judges like anu malik, doing funny things, praising good contestants (who are already talented before coming to the competition). And just misbehave with the people who are not good at singing. They just want best people ready-made. Don't want to train some one. Then how can you be a judge?

Star Voice of India is the program which comes true because star has cheated zee tv. Star given more money to Gajendra singh, the Original director of saregama who worked with zee tv since 15 to 20 years. So himself,shaan and other new bogus judges ( abhijit,Alka yagnik is most irritating...) come with star. Judges are not bad but too irritating. Alka yagnik is behaving like an owner of star. Even Gajendra singh himself is very ok with everyone. Abhijit is doing nasty things and he don't know what he is talking about. This program is just running because of Gajendra singh,Shann,Aadesh shrivastava,Jatinji-Lalitji because these are really talented and humble people. They just say the truth and helps the peopl to do more good stuff.

And after all, how can i forget the ****ing program 'BathRoom Singer'? I dont know what they are doing. They just got ravi kishan ( if you dont know him, he is a bhojpuri super star :) ) and shibani. And what a boring people coming there! Some of them are always seen on TV in every Talent show! ( i think they just want to go on TV :) ). Some of them even can't sing properly.

But main thing is, all these programs are just a business. Sare gama and Star voice of india are ok but they also got too much attitude and business thing in. The serious singing disappeared from TV.And if all people will be singers/actores/celibrities then who will see them? :) .They just doing competition with each other. They want whole india on tv. So no one can see TV :)

Update:
I forgot one thing to mention here. If they really care for good talent people then why they are using SMS voting? Because they want business. They judge them daily but the elimination and selection is based on SMSs. Even the final candidate is chosen according to SMSs.Why? they can't judge them? No because they want to fool people.They want money and in that condition, it is not good for the talented people.Sometimes good ones are just out because of SMSs! So if people judging them, then why judges needed there? :)

Om Shanti Om - Music by Vishal Shekhar...

I think this will be a good film. The promos looks very good and SRK has been promoted well for it. The dancing song shown in which SRK having muscles! The choreography and dance is good. Lyrics are very cool as Javed Akhatar has written it! Vishal and shekhar are good music composers but their last film CASH was not a hit and also its not a big musical. Lets see this time what happens?
